MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
CDFM want to thank you for your tremendous support
since our inception in July 1999. We have kept to our
vision to move boldly in redeeming dance and the arts
for Christ. The fellowship was given various opportunities
to take on both big and small roles in this increasingly
dynamic organization. Our current members are from
various churches of varied denominations had performed
and were heavily involved in significant national events.
Think of renewing your yearly subscription
with CDFM as a way to sow into God’s Kingdom
that may reap a bountiful harvest of blessings for
the Churches and
Christian Community in Malaysia so that many more souls
will be touched and blessed.
"It's not so much how you can get from the Fellowship
that matter. But it’s what you can give to the
fellowship that counts" said the Coordinator. In
the law of sowing and reaping, we can never receive
a great harvest without first sowing into it. The
Bible say, “He who sows sparingly shall also
reap sparingly but he who sows bountifully shall also
reap bountifully” 2 Cor 9:6. CDFM will not be
what is today without your generous support. |

THOUGHTS
ABOUT CDFM
Having made it this far in
the journey with the valuable experience of “agony and ecstasy” in
the process, CDFM is well placed to be a highly influential
co-worker with the Lord in “restoring the fortunes” of
less spiritually and materially privileged geographical
neighbours in the Asian region. I have appreciated
and admired the CDFM vision (and already some accomplishments)
in the area of unity amongst believers of the various
denominational and ethnic backgrounds that constitute
the diversity of Malaysian culture. This is true
spiritual wealth that will flow out in practical
blessing to your nation and surrounds.
Lucy Andrew Park, ICDF Coordinator
God’s faithfulness has never diminished
over time, in fact, His blessings toward CDFM have
been
on the increase. Through every event, every ministry,
big and small, God has given CDFM the opportunity
to link and unite with churches of various denominations
and people from all walks of life in the form of
dance and arts, and the response has been simply
tremendous. It was truly a wonderful and fruitful
year of admonishing and building relationships.
Through all these, it has become more and more
apparent to us that the Lord wants this ministry
to move on to greater heights. Hence, we are looking
forward to moving more dynamically in His grace,
especially with your support in membership.
Cindy Koh, formal CDFM Membership
Secretary
We are thankful to God that CDFM has been recognized
as a leading Christian organization and that
your members were given the opportunity to use
their gifting in creative arts and dance in this
international Christian event to glorify the
Lord. We praise God that they have been especially
invited to perform in the previous global gathering
involving the Right Honourable Prime Minister
and Ministers of the Malaysian Government, Ambassadors
and High Commissioners, and Christian leaders
from over 80 countries around the globe. This
was rare occasion indeed, an “occasion
of a life-time” to glorify the Lord. May
God continue to give you guidance, strength and
grace to help present the best for God’s
glory
Rev Wong Kim Kong, NECF General Secretary
Dance is
a medium of human cultural expression that
engages the
body, spirit and
emotion. When
dance is well done, it can inspire and uplift the
human heart to reach beyond the mundane and familiar.
The Christian Dance Fellowship of Malaysia (CDFM),
along with many other church-based dance fellowships,
have been developing God’s given dancing
abilities among interested people, to offer inspiring
dance concerts to rejuvenate Christian worship
and witness.
Rev. Dr. Hermen Shastri, CCM General Secretary
